REMINDERS & SHIPPING
All the beads we use to make the necklaces and bracelets are handmade all over the world. Please remember that each bead will not be perfect. The size, shape, pattern, and color will vary a little in each bead. All of our tassels and leather straps are hand cut by us. The pattern leather we use is called hair on hide. The pattern is made from little hairs which may shed overtime. Every pattern placement on items will not be the same as the one listed on the website. The deer antlers we use are real. The size, shape, natural color, and weight will vary for each necklace. The oyster shells we use are real. The size, shape, natural color, and weight will vary for each necklace.
All packages are shipped via USPS. All packages will ship approximately 2 business weeks from time of purchase. Please be mindful of the holidays! If you need your purchase sooner please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. Once your package has been dropped off at the post office we are not responsible for shipping times.
Our goal is to give our customers the best experience possible. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may exchange your item(s) within 7 business days from the date you received the item(s) at your own cost. The item(s) must be in original condition with the tags still attached to the item(s) the way it was received from us. We DO NOT give cash or card refunds, but we would love to help you find something for equal value! All custom orders and sale items are FINAL SALE. When mailing back an exchange back, PLEASE package the item(s) carefully, for example bubble wrap, packing peanuts, bubble mailer. If we receive the item(s) and it is damaged because it was not packaged correctly we can not accept the exchange. Once we receive the exchange, it will take approximately 2 business week for your exchange to be processed.
All damages from shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If an item is damaged while being worn, we will do our best to fix it or replace it. Please email email@example.com with the images and a description of the damaged item. All returns will be shipped to us at your own cost, we will then ship the items back to you at our cost.
All orders MUST be paid in full before shipping. We do not accept checks.
